Website Policy

Terms & Conditions

The proposed terms framework for jewellery, Bullion, custom design, wholesale enquiries, verification, orders, and fulfilment.

01

Website and product information

Final terms will explain acceptable website use and how product descriptions, imagery, availability, specifications, and jewellery characteristics are presented.

02

Bullion pricing

Live spot information, retail prices, buy-back indications, price locks, expiry, availability, and negotiated pricing will follow the approved business rules disclosed at the point of transaction.

03

Accounts and verification

Customers must create an account before purchasing. Bullion and designated jewellery purchases remain subject to approved identity verification and any applicable compliance checks.

04

Orders, payment, and fulfilment

Final terms will cover order acceptance, AUD payments, delivery, store pickup, cancellations, returns, refunds, risk, and customer collection requirements.

05

Questions

Questions about website or trading terms can be submitted through the Iconic Jewellery enquiry form.

06

Price locks and negotiated pricing

The final terms must state when a Bullion price becomes binding, the expiry and refresh rules, whether discounts may be combined, the effect of payment failure, and Iconic Jewellery's process for correcting an evident pricing error.

07

Bullion buy-back

Online buy-back values are indicative according to the approved pricing rule. Assessment, identification, acceptance, and settlement occur in store only and remain subject to product inspection and applicable compliance checks.

08

Consumer rights and disputes

Final wording must preserve non-excludable consumer guarantees, identify the applicable returns and complaint process, and provide the legal entity, jurisdiction, and escalation contact.

09

Custom jewellery and engagement enquiries

Submitting a design or engagement-ring enquiry does not create an order, reserve a stone, confirm availability, or require payment. Final terms must explain consultation, quotations, deposits, design approval, change requests, production timing, cancellation, and custom-product return rules.

10

Wholesale enquiries

A wholesale enquiry does not create a trade account or guarantee pricing, availability, credit, exclusivity, or supply. Applicable eligibility, minimums, payment terms, delivery rules, and account conditions must be agreed separately with approved businesses.

11

Prototype limitations

Market history, catalogue controls, customer records, enquiries, order states, role permissions, and administrative publishing shown in this prototype are demonstrations. They are not authoritative records or production transactions.
